Community Workouts

The goal is a stronger, healthier community.

Our Community Workouts are held once a month and are designed to bring people together through movement. These instructor-led sessions focus on learning practical exercises & techniques while building real connections with others in your local community. Expect a welcoming environment, quality coaching, and workouts that meet you where you’re at.


Community Workouts are free for members and $10 for non-members. Come move, learn, and train alongside people in your area who share the same values and mindset.


The next Community Workout is on Saturday March 14th @ 9:00am.
